2) Can we do OEM/ODM?

-Yes, you can. 

-We could offer two printing ways: silk screen printing,heat transfer printing.

3) Can we get your free samples?

-We can provide you with the samples requested. 

-You need to pay the fee of the sample, but the money can be deducted from the final order you place afterwards. -Besides, the delivery cost is also borne by you.

4) Can we combine many items assorted in one container in my first order?

-Yes, you can. But the quantity of each ordered item should reach our  MOQ .

5) What is the normal lead time?

-A. For stock products, we will send goods to you within  7- 15  work days after we receive your payment.

-B. For  OEM  products, the delivery time is  30-35  work days after we receive your payment.

6) How long is the least time of the samples?

-A.For existing samples, it takes  2-3  days.

-B.If you want your own design logo, it takes  5-7  days, subject to your designs whether they need new print screen.

7) What is your payment term?

-A. T/T, PayPal are accepted.

-B. For bulk production:  30%  deposit pay before mass production, and  70%  pay before shipment.

8) What is your shipping way?

-A.We will help you to choose the best shipping way according to your detail requirements.

-B.By sea, by air, or by express.

9) How do you control the quality?

-A.We will make samples before mass production, and mass production will be arranged after samples approved. 

-B. Doing  100%  inspection during production, then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.

10) If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?

-1.If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton. 

-2.All the claims must be presented within  7  working days after discharging the containe.
